    Please advise of any events that may impact your participation during the netball season (e.g. DEB practises, overseas trips, pregnancy etc. This does not affect your selections).

    Note: The information will not impact on your selection, but it will be used to help plan for scheduling of divisions and squad numbers.

     

    Is there any other information you would like the selectors to know before grade placement?

    We, the undersigned, hereby agree to trial for the Macedon Cats Representative Teams in 2020 and commit to training, competition, practice matches, participation in club events and to pay a club membership.

    We understand that if selected in the 19 and Under or Open Age squads/ teams, we understand that this commitment is from November 2019 until September 2020. If selected in an Open team, I understand that it is a requirement to attend and participate in any organised sessions and Social functions.

    We understand that the Selection Panel will consist of up to three selectors, comprising of one club representative selectors, the Head Coach and another invited representative, where deemed necessary. To be eligible for selection I will pay the $5 trial fee. After selections are completed, the selectors and Macedon Cats Committee will not enter into any correspondence in relation to team selections.
